Posted here is a draft copy of the border agreement between Cambodia and Vietnam obtained by VOA's Khmer Service shortly before Prime Minister Hun Sen traveled October 10 to Vietnam for its official signing. VOA Khmer's Sok Khemara initially reported about this document on Oct 7 and it has continued to attract much attention. We also are publishing here a letter prepared by the government's border issue committee chief, which was distributed at an August 8 meeting attended by senior government officials.
