The United States, Britain and Australia have issued new security warnings for their citizens living in or traveling to Indonesia.

The warnings say Westerners face a serious security threat there, particularly in the capital, Jakarta, following the discovery of plans for attacks.

The renewed warnings are based partly on the recent discovery of a Web site that provides detailed instructions on how terrorists can attack and kill Westerners on the streets of Jakarta.
