Obama Looks for Second Term Rebound

2013 is ending on a down note for the political fortunes of U.S. President Barack Obama. Recent public opinion polls show the president's approval ratings are at the lowest point of his presidency. As VOA national correspondent Jim Malone reports, Obama has joined his two immediate predecessors, George W. Bush and Bill Clinton, as presidents who ran into serious political difficulties during their second term in office.
