Winter-Weary Americans Struggle With Another Round of Ice, Snow


Huge swaths of the United States take another pounding by a massive winter storm affecting millions of people. Ice and snow blanket huge sections of the South and East, shutting down government offices, businesses and schools, and bringing life to a near standstill in major cities. The storm is blamed for at least 17 deaths and widespread power outages. VOA reporter Carolyn Presutti, along with producer Katherine Gypson, show us the sights and sounds of winter's fury.
