Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe may be 90 years old and rumored to have cancer, but once again, he is the unchallenged leader of the ruling Zanu-PF party. Mr. Mugabe's re-election on Saturday during the party's annual congress puts Africa’s oldest head of state on track to contest the 2018 presidential elections, when he will be 94.
