CAR UN Resignation and Politics

Allegations of sexual abuse and sexual exploitation has caused the United Nations to change the leadership of its peacekeeping mission in the Central African Republic, which forced the resignation of the top UN envoy in the Central African Republic, Lieutenant General Babacar Gaye. UN Chief Ban Ki-moon praised General Gaye for his contributions to the UN mission, but says he had to send a strong message about problems of sexual abuse. VOA's Margaret Besheer gives an update from the UN.
