Nigeria has been trying to restart its outdated refineries at three sites in an effort to end its dependency on costly fuel imports. But there could be some relief in sight, possibly as early as next week, as Nigeria is in talks with oil majors Chevron, France’s Total and Italy’s ENI to get help revamping the refiners according to Oil Minister Kachikwu.
