Millennials Could Tip Scale in Battleground State

As we enter the final few weeks of the U.S. presidential election, about 15 percent of voters are undecided. That's a lot. Who the undecideds eventually vote for could have an impact on the election - if they vote at all. And, the reason for a vote is a bit skewed. A USA Today survey indicates 36 percent of millennials voting for their candidate just so the other one doesn't get elected. It's the same percentage for both presidential nominees. VOA’s Carolyn Presutti has more.
