British embassy officials have identified the victim as Steven MacQueen, who worked for the Ministry of Rural Development and Rehabilitation.
Officials say the attack occurred late Monday on a main road in front of the Dutch Embassy and a U.N. guesthouse. Reports say Mr. McQueen was killed by gunfire from another vehicle.
