Bangladeshi officials say hopes are quickly fading for more than 100 people still believed to be trapped in the rubble of a collapsed garment factory.
The officials say they are doing everything they can to reach those still trapped, but rescue efforts are hampered by a lack of equipment.
Since the building located about 30 kilometers northwest of the capital, Dhaka, collapsed Monday, rescue workers have recovered at least 28 bodies from the debris.
Officials say some 92 injured workers either managed to escape or have been pulled from the rubble following the collapse, believed to have been caused by a boiler explosion.
The garment industry is Bangladesh's biggest export sector, employing 1.8 million workers.
