Police in Finland have arrested a Finnish man for allegedly sexually abusing more than 400 Thai boys over the last 15 years, the country's largest case in terms of the number of victims.
Authorities say the suspect, who has not been identified, was arrested in January upon returning from his 26th trip to Thailand.
Officials say detailed diary entries obtained during a house search indicated the suspect had sexually abused at least 445 Thai boys - all aged between 10 and 13.
They say investigators also confiscated pornographic video material of the suspect with Thai boys.
It is not immediately clear what charges the suspect is facing, but if convicted on charges of sexual abuse of a minor, the man could face up to 10 years in prison.
