President Bush has expressed solidarity with Britain following the terrorist attacks in London, and vowed to continue the fight against terrorism.
In his weekly radio address Saturday, Mr. Bush said the free world is united in its resolve to continue the fight until terrorism is defeated.
He noted that the London attacks occurred as Group of Eight leaders gathered in Scotland to discuss fighting poverty and HIV-AIDS, creating a cleaner environment and improving the lives of people everywhere.
He said the free world will continue to deny support to rogue states or safe haven to terrorists.
Mr. Bush also said U.S. federal, state and local authorities are doing everything to prevent terrorist attacks in the United States. He urged Americans to be vigilant.
