  • Peter Clottey

In Swaziland, a recent investigation of fraud in both the Army and the Geological Service implicates Mpeni Ndlomo, a sitting member of Parliament. A commission set up to investigate the alleged malfeasance has completed its work and presented a report to parliament for deliberation this week. Percy Similani is the government’s spokesman.
