Indian police say a women and her five children have been burned to death in their house in eastern India following a dispute with another family over a missing water buffalo.
Authorities say the incident occurred early Sunday in the town of Rampur-Shyamchand, 40 kilometers southeast of the Bihar state capital, Patna.
Police say the house was set on fire with the family inside. The father of the victims escaped with severe burns.
At least one person has been arrested in connection with the case.
