British Foreign Secretary Jack Straw says he will meet with his Iranian counterpart, Manouchehr Mottaki, in London Wednesday and inform him that Tehran has one final chance to convince the world that its nuclear program is peaceful.
Straw told BBC radio Iranians must understand that the international community's position on the nuclear issue is not a threat to Iran, rather an opportunity for Tehran to meet its obligations.
