Indian police say a suspected serial killer detained Friday might have killed as many as 15 children.
Although authorities say the man confessed to luring at least six children to his home with candy, then sexually assaulting and killing them, police say they have found the remains of nine more victims.
Police say around 40 children have gone missing in the area in the last two years and more bodies may be found.
The man is described as a domestic servant at a home in the town of Noida, near New Delhi, where the bodies were found.
Authorities have also detained the owner of the house.
Residents say they had complained to police about their missing children.
