Breaking up is hard to do: after eight years together, New Jersey is preparing to bid farewell to The Sopranos television drama series.
The enormously popular televised gangster drama begins its final season April 8 in the United States. Although primarily filmed on a soundstage in New York City, the series also draws heavily from locations in New Jersey.
Much of the filming takes place in the working class community of Kearney. Residents say they'll miss interacting with the cast and crew - along with their generous permit and rental payouts.
