Oscar-Winning Actor Paul Scofield Dies at 86

Oscar-winning British actor Paul Scofield has died at the age of 86.

His agent says Scofield died at a hospital near his home in southern England on Wednesday. He had been suffering from leukemia.

One of Britain's most respected stage and screen actors, Scofield is best known for his Oscar winning portrayal of St. Thomas Moore in "The Man For All Seasons" in 1966.
