Study Links Heart Function, Diminished Ability to Exercise


Exercise at any age is good for you. It helps your heart, reduces cholesterol, helps with weight control, helps prevent diabetes, and staves off effects of Alzheimer's disease, to name a few of the benefits. Unfortunately, for many people, their ability to exercise decreases as they age. A new study helps explain why.
