Former Yugoslavian leader Slobodan Milosevic is on trial at the Hague in the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia.
Law professor Diane Orentlicher believes there is a legitimate reason to have the court and these trials. But in an opinion piece published in the Washington Post, she raised the question of who should oversee the work of this tribunal?
The answer, according to this law professor and advisor to the War Crimes Research Office at the American University's Washington College of Law, is we all should.
