Uganda’s parliament passes a law that enables the government to label any organization a terrorist group and deal with it as such. English to Africa reporter Richard Kotey spoke with a Ugandan parliamentarian, Ken Lukyamuzi. He says he’s opposed to the bill; he says Uganda already has laws to deal with instability and terrorism, and President Museveni just wants to clamp down on the opposition.
