Linda Cashdan writes business and economic stories from VOA's Washington headquarters. Lately, she has been filing a lot of reports on electronic commerce and the Internet, which seems to be changing the way business is conducted worldwide.
Linda has covered economics at the Voice of America for 20 years, and before that worked as a VOA feature writer.
When she is not writing for VOA, Linda enjoys writing for herself and other clients. She is the author of two published novels and the ghost writer of several other books of non-fiction.
A graduate of Vassar College, Linda is married and the mother of two.
