Dateline: The Taxing Day of April 15 - 2002-04-14

April 15th, is the day that Americans have to file their income taxes to federal, state and local governments. The U.S. government agency in charge of collecting taxes, the Internal Revenue Service, is expecting to process over 211 million returns from both individuals and businesses.

We'll look at the U.S. income tax process with a an accountant who has a sense of tax policy. . . and a sense of humor. Here's Robin Rupli with Dateline.
