A government study four years ago showed that African-Americans and other minorities were less likely to own computers or have access to the online world of access. This was called the "digital divide." However, a more recent report suggests the digital divide has narrowed significantly. Just how big the digital divide is, and what do do about it, has spurred a debate in Washington and around the country. And as Carol Castiel reports in this edition of Dateline, it's critical to get the correct answer for the problem of the digital divide.
