Spain's Alex Corretja has crushed his higher-seeded opponent to advance to the finals of the Generali tennis tournament at Kitzbuhel, Austria.
Eighth-seeded Corretja completely overpowered number six Gaston Gaudio of Argentina, 6-3, 6-1.
Corretja will play the winner of Saturday's later match between Juan Carlos Ferrero of Spain and Mariano Zabaleta of Argentina.
