A Taste of Ary's Cooking Show - 2004-02-10

Ary's Easy Chicken Curry


half pound of sliced chicken white meat (finger size)

peeled potato wedges

half cup of chopped onions, shallots, and garlic

2 tablespoons of curry powder

3 cups of chicken stock

half cup of coconut milk (or half & half)

salt and pepper to taste

fresh Thai basil optional (to your liking)

Combine all ingredients and let simmer on a low flame for half an hour. Enjoy!
