Before joining VOA in 2001, Jeffrey's U.S. media career included many years as a network Correspondent and News Anchor with ABC, NBC, and UPI. He also has considerable experience as a talk show host, including three years on ABC Radio. Jeffrey created and operated a groudbreaking London-based live-TV broadcasting Internet business from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, he served as the State of Kuwait's Advisor for Communications and Media from 1993 - 1997. His after-work passion is watchmaking - especially collecting and restoring antique watches from the first dedades of the 20th century.
