The resignation of a Missouri policeman who shot and killed an unarmed teenager earlier this year is not expected to quell anger or end protests that erupted after a grand jury declined to criminally charge the officer. VOA’s Michael Bowman reports, former Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson, who is white, insists he acted as he was trained when he shot black 18-year-old Michael Brown - a case that has focused attention on often-tense relations between American law enforcement and minority communities.
