Libya Seeks Military Support, US Backs Dialogue

  • Pamela Dockins

Libya’s internationally recognized government has urged Arab countries to launch airstrikes against Islamic State-affiliated militants who have carried out beheadings and crucifixions and taken control of the city of Sirte. VOA State Department correspondent Pam Dockins reports.
