It is Veterans Day in the United States, with President Barack Obama saluting the men and women of the armed forces and those who have served the country's military in the past. The president hosted a breakfast Wednesday at the White House for veterans and their families, and later took part in a ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknowns in Arlington National Cemetery, where he laid a wreath and spoke.
