Strong Earthquake Hits Remote Area of Pakistan

Officials in Pakistan say the death toll from a strong earthquake in southwestern Pakistan has risen to over 300. Officials made the announcement early Wednesday, September 25 after scores of mud houses collapsed in the mountainous Awaran district of Baluchistan province near the Iranian border.
