US Police Departments Examine Use of Force Procedures

The Obama administration has established a federal task force to look at updating policing policies, including use of force in detaining suspects. The move comes in response to nationwide demonstrations calling for police reforms following the fatal shooting of unarmed teenager Michael Brown by police officer Darren Wilson last August in Ferguson, Missouri.
