Join Ted as He Travels Around the U.S.

Ted Landphair's America is a far-ranging, highly personal exploration of American life by a veteran Voice of America reporter and essayist, Ted Landphair.  Ted tells us about some of the thousands of places he has visited and written about as an international broadcaster and author of more than 50 'coffee table' books.

Ted closes each story with what he calls "Wild Words" -- a closer look at some of the unusual words and expressions from the story that might not be familiar to readers and listeners, especially those for whom English is a second language.  And he welcomes feedback and suggestions of places across America about which you'd like to know more.
