A huge croc, five meters long and 750 kilograms in weight, has been moved to Melbourne after becoming a menace in its old home in Rockhampton, Queensland, Sept. 19, 2013.

One of Australia's largest captive crocodiles has found a new home at the Melbourne Aquarium.

Pinjara, a gigantic 1,653-pound saltwater crocodile was moved to Melbourne after becoming a menace in Rockhampton, in Queensland.

An aquarium spokeswoman says the 50-year-old crocodile is five meters long. Pinjara will be begin receiving his first official visitors on Saturday.
