The biggest electricity generating center in the Indian state of West Bengal went out of order resulting in a serious power crisis. This happened in the Bakreswar Electricity Development center after the supply lines went tripping over. Within minutes it resulted in the shortage of 700 MW of electricity in West Bengal. Many other units of Electricity supply closed down earlier.
