The Kolkata high court on Wednesday stayed till 9 June an order issued by the Union ministry of human resource development on 27% reservation for other backward classes, in the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.

The court also directed the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata to cancel the oral examinations scheduled for 15th May.
