Awami League Will Not Contest Election without Sheikh Hasina’s Participation

In a meeting of the working committee of Bangladesh Awami League, the working committee members decided that the party would not participate in the election without their leader Sheikh Hasina . 

They met to discuss about certain reforms which they are planning to bring in. Presidium member Tofail Ahmed said that they are rethinking about affiliated organization as well as about party's working abroad. 

He also talked about reserving 33 percent seats for women. Tofail also says that all new comers will need to wait for three years to contest election .
