Mosharraf Hosain, Country Director, Action on Disability and Development, Bangladesh, is studying Public Policy and Management at the Kennedy School at Harvard University. 

He discussed about the program for the disabled in Bangladesh, the UN Convention on Disability and the Rights of the Disabled, the UN Charter which has been ratified by Bangladesh but not being fully implemented yet.
