Sabrina Islam

Sabrina Islam is the CEO of Reflections, a glass etching and design company. Ms. Islam is also the President of Women Entrepreneurs Association, Bangladesh.

A few months ago Sabrina Islam, a well known and leading Bangladeshi entrepreneur won one of the Daily Star-DHL business awards. She was named the Outstanding Woman in Business in 2008.

Ms. Islam recently visited Washington. In an interview with Voice Of America’s Bangla Service Ms. Islam spoke about Reflections, Women Entrepreneurs Association and how it is helping women entrepreneurs, the impact of current global economic crisis on Bangladesh and her future plans.

Sabrina Islam hopes to establish an institute one day so that the skills of glass etching, stained glass etcetera will be transferred to the new generation.
