Bulbul Mahalanabish has been singing Nazrul Songs in Bangladesh for a long time. She has also published books recollecting her stay in the Gulf area, collection of poems and children’s story books. In an interview with VOA, Bulbul narrates her interests for writing as well as for music. She grew up in a family environment where music was both a practice and passion. She likes singing Nazrul songs because of its classical nature.
