India's first Free Trade and Warehousing Zone will be set up at Haldia in West Bengal. The zone, will create trade-related infrastructure to facilitate import and export of goods and services. West Bengal government is taking steps to establish the FTWZ. Paramasish Ghosh Roy has more on the story.
