Mayor of Chittagong City Corporation ABM Mohiuddin Chowdhury was released on bail from the prison. He was arrested on March 7, 2007 for corruption.He got bail from the High Court in all 22 cases filed against him. Mr. Chowdhury also demanded the release of Awami League President Sheikh Hasina and other party leaders. Zahurul Alam has the details.
