A three-day program titled “First NRB (Non-resident Bangladeshis) manpower development & opportunities conference-2009” is being held in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It has been organized by Scholar Bangladesh and Human Capital Development Limited.

Non Resident Bangladeshi conference started on Thursday. The three-day conference on manpower development includes ten seminars. It is attended by government officials, ministers, bureaucrats, expatriate academics and entrepreneurs.
