Mamata Banerjee’s Rail Budget Helps WB

India’s Railway minister, Mamata Banerjee`s rail budget is seen as a step towards expanding her support base in Bengal.

Her main aim is to mobilize enough support to win the Bengal assembly election in 2011. According to political observers the rail budget is a handy tool to reach that destination.
