United Nations Food and Agriculture
Organization (FAO) has recently awarded AH Borema award to
Bangladeshi media personality Shykh Seraj.
Shykh Seraj got the award for his contribution to food security and building hunger free society through TV journalism.
Shykh Seraj who is an agricultural journalist, in an exclusive
interview with VOA Bangla Service,talks
about the impact of climate change in Bangladesh . He also speaks about the
success story of Bangladeshi farmers both in increasing food production
manifold in Bangladesh and also gaining successes at farms abroad.
Shykh Seraj, who is a Director of a
private Televsion in Bangladesh , Channel I and maker of a popular program ,
Hridoye Mati o Manush , will be receiving his reward on November 18.
