31 Killed in Pakistan Blast

Officials in northwestern Pakistan say a bomb blast has killed at least 31 people and wounded 70 in central Peshawar.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the explosion.

Authorities say the car bomb exploded Sunday near a police station, not far from the Christian church that was attacked by two suicide bombers a week ago. That blast killed more than 80 people and wounded 120 others. The latest explosion was felt inside the church, frightening worshipers.
