A moderate earthquake has shaken eastern Japan and caused tall buildings in Tokyo to sway.
The Japan Meteorological Agency said Sunday's quake measured 5.1 on the Richter scale and that there was no danger of a tsunami.
The quake was centered northeast of Tokyo about 40 kilometers underground.
