Attack in Iraq Kills 30

Iraqi officials say a suicide bombing targeting police in the disputed northern city of Kirkuk has killed at least 30 people.

There has been no immediate claim of responsibility for Sunday's attack.

The French news agency reports that the blast wounded 70 people when militants tried to take over the police compound, but failed.
