Somali police say a suicide car bomb has exploded near the country's Foreign Ministry in Mogadishu, killing at least three people.
The bomber was among those killed in Tuesday's blast. Police officials say at least six people were wounded.
The bombing was the second suicide bombing in Mogadishu this month. Two weeks ago, a truck bomb went off at a compound housing Somali government ministries, killing more than 70 people.
Al-Shabab claimed responsibility for that blast, saying it was aimed at Somalia's Transitional Federal Government and African Union peacekeepers who assist the TFG.
Tuesday's explosion came as Kenya's ministers of defense and foreign affairs were in Mogadishu for talks with Somali officials. Kenya has deployed troops in Somalia to hunt down al-Shabab militants.
