Blast Shakes Pemex Office in Mexico City

The administrative headquarters of Mexico's state-run Pemex oil company has been rocked by an explosion.

Initial reports from Mexico City say 22 people were injured. Authorities are struggling to evacuate the building.

Video from the Mexican capital showed debris covering the ground and smoke streaming from the lower floors of the scorched building.

There is no word so far on what caused the blast.
